DRC Drug Research Ltd is one of the first Hungarian privately owned company specializing on clinical pharmaceutical trials, also operating an out-patient clinic and laboratory supporting its clinical and scientific activities. Our company was established in 1997.
Since our accreditation in 2004 our phase I. trials are conducted in our special Phase I unit located at the State Heart Hospital in Balatonfüred. Our Phase II-IV clinical investigations and the out-patient clinic are operating at our seat in the centre of Balatonfüred, which has been recently moved to an adjacent more spacious building.
At the beginning our clinical trials were delivered in Balatonfüred only, however our organic growth made it necessary to introduce additional so called “satellite sites”. They are located at Balatongyörök, Székesfehérvár, Zamárdi, Szentendre and Sopron.
As a result of the quality services provided in our out-patient clinic, the number of available fields of expertise and connected services are keep extending. Beside our osteoporosis unit that operates as a Regional Centre, we provide diabetes, rheumatology out-patient services, dietetic consultation, also serves as a locations to different private medical services which. All those make our company to a comfortable place where our patients may reach out for a wide range of services at the very same place.
Our successful operation is rooted in our dynamic and reliable team and the good co-operation built out with neighbouring institutions and doctors.
Our role in the scientific life is well indicated by the fact that numerous local and international publications in the fields of diabetes, genetics and physiology exist, also by the invitations and presentations on conferences and last but not least our three students achieving PhD degree while working for DRC.
